Our goal is to make sure our mamas are looking and feeling their best in our MAMA JUiiCE clothing, so if you are anything less than happy, here's what we can do for you!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request.

Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective. Ship to:

Toronto, Canada, M6A 0A9 (exact address will be provided to you in the email response, once you submit your return request).

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How can I make a return?

- Step 1: Please click here to log into your account, select the relevant order, review the order details, and submit a return request. Once the return request is submitted, our team will respond within 48 hours. If you're unable to submit the request, please reach out to us at mamajuiice.help@gmail.com, with the following information:
    - The name of the item(s) you would like to return
    - the order number
    - the reason for return
    - a photo of the item in its current state
    - If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of the items that need to be returned
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Once your returned items are back at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving your return and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed or evidently damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
